You've outlined a lot of the complexities surrounding the application of Web 2.0 in the Enterprise. I have a couple of other angles for you to think about.
First, I've been classifying Web 2.0 services by their affinity to Personality Types based on Learning Styles. Think of it as the Web 2.0 takes a Myers Briggs test:
