I read the PR in a negative way, as well. Even if you say "but that those risks may be outweighed by the business benefits offered by the use of the application". The problem is the "but". IMHO, the point is that maybe your message was not correctly balanced (or, at least, the message of the PR). And, in the PR, there was a long list of "concerns" very well pointed out, and not an equivalent list of benefits, to complement the former. So, at the end the readers think: "Hey, Skype is dangerous for the enterprise environment". On the average, they don't read after your "but". :-)
