It's been a busy week on the Skype front.
In addition, my report "Debunking the Hype On Skype" is now available to Burton Group clients. We issued a press release covering the major findings of the report which has been picked up by several news outlets.
Finally, I was quoted in an L.A. Times article on Skype's new business and consumer offerings.
Skype continues to make a great deal of waves in the telecommunications industry. The launch of Skype for business, while not offering much in the way of new functionality, may demonstrate that Skype does indeed intend to compete in the larger enterprise market at some point down the road.
