Jeff Pulver's presentation @ NARUC today

Jeff Pulver has posted a link to download his presentation that he gave today at the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners (NARUC).  In the presentation Jeff goes through the past, present and future of the development and deployment of VoIP, and his view on the impact of the current regulatory environment.  Jeff touts "Presence" as the next big multi-billion dollar opportunity in the IP  communications space, and he provides some recommendations to the regulatory community.
